MTC Optics Viper 10×44 IRS
Some time ago I tried the MTC Optics Viper 6-24×56IR SCB and I didn’t like it at all, apart from the reticle. Review can be read here: http://www.severi.be/airgunning/MTC%20Viper.htm .
This year I got interested in HFT and was looking for a suitable HFT scope. So when I got the opportunity to buy a Viper 10×44 from a friend, I didn’t hesitate.
Guess what, I like this scope very much ! Eye positioning is still critical to avoid a milky image, but when your eye is well aligned behind the scope, you get a nice and clear image. This might even be helpful for HFT as perfect eye positioning will minimize the parallax error.
